From Nantes:
- Leave Nantes, take the road to Rennes, take the Bordeaux / Saint-Nazaire / Vannes exit and then the N137 / E03 in the direction of the A821 / Bordeaux / Saint-Nazaire / Vannes.
- Continue on the A844 / E03 / E60 motorway and take exit 36 to Porte d’Orvault / Vannes / Saint-Nazaire. Follow the N165 / E60 and cross Orvault
- Continue on the N171 in the direction of Guérande / La Baule / Saint-Nazaire Ouest When you approach Saint-Nazaire, take the D123 and then the exit to the D192.
- At the roundabout, take the 4th exit and continue on the D192 Cross Belson, then La Baule Follow the signs for Le Pouliguen Centre
From Lorient:
- Leave Lorient, and take the N465, then the N165 /E60.
- You will pass Auray and Vannes.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit towards the D765
- When you approach La Roche-Bernard, take the D574 on the left.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the D774 and cross Brézanvé
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the D99E and cross Guérande
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit to the D774A and then the 2nd exit at the 2nd roundabout to the D774 and cross Saillé
- Take the D45 on the left Follow the signs to Le Pouliguen Centre
From Rennes:
- Leave Rennes, and take the D177 to Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and continue on the N136 / E03 / E50 in the direction of Rocade Sud / Nantes / Le Mans
- Follow the signs for Sortie 6A / Nantes / Noyal-Châtillon-sur-Seine
- Continue on the N137 /E03 and take the exit to Saint-Nazaire / La Grigonnais / Blain. Follow the N171 and cross La Grigonnais.
- Continue in the direction of Guérande / La Baule / Saint-Nazaire Ouest
- When you approach Saint-Nazaire, take the D123 and then the exit to the D192.
- At the roundabout, take the 4th exit and continue on the D192
- Cross Belson, then La Baule
- Follow the signs for Le Pouliguen Centre
